1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevHive (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevHive provides AI-powered conference networking automation, including attendee list processing, company research, partner classification, relevance scoring, and personalized message generation for B2B sales teams.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited spam or violate anti-spam laws
• Upload data you do not have the right to use or process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to RevHive. We do not claim any ownership rights over your attendee data, company research results, or generated messages. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed per event as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
